Frase curta, mas com uma carga explosiva. E vinda de quem sabe o que é lidar com dilemas éticos, jurídicos e políticos. Será que Sócrates está a ver no espelho o dilema que foi incapaz de resolver no seu tempo? Ou estará a lançar um aviso disfarçado a quem hoje tenta surfar a onda da “nova política” sem cair na tentação dos velhos truques? Uma coisa é certa: o populismo é o atalho dos fracos e a democracia é o caminho dos que têm coragem para perder hoje e ganhar com dignidade amanhã. Montenegro que se cuide.
